Cash Allocation Administrator – Aircraft Leasing – Dublin

The Role:

Reporting to the Contracts Management Manager the Cash Allocation Administrator will be responsible for monitoring the Company’s receivables and ensuring that Lessee payments are processed accurately in accordance with the Company’s policies.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Confirm receipt of Lessee payments with various banks via email and through online platforms.
  • Liaise with the Contract Managers to ensure proper and appropriate feedback on the status of each Lessee’s receivables.
  • Report to all staff daily on the status of the receivables.
  • Ensure all information in the payments due report is accurate and updated in line with new deliveries, refinances, sales etc.
  • Work with finance to ensure the financial reporting of lease revenue is accurate.
  • Input and manage data on CMS (setting up companies, bank accounts etc.).
  • Assist with ongoing projects to automate these processes.

The Person should have:

  • A university honours degree qualification.
  • Accounts receivable experience is essential.
  • Previous experience of working in an aircraft lessor is highly desirable.
  • Bank settlements and payments experience advantageous.
  • Strong ability to work in a cross cultural environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word. • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
