You will be responsible for establishing a total reward framework in line with best practice and in compliance with regulatory directives and governance standards.

This is a controlled function position in line with The Central Bank of Ireland regulations for fitness & probity

Overview

You will prepare and oversee the remuneration policies and procedures

Ensure that robust Pensions, Risk Policy and Reward Operations are in place to include annual salary reviews, salary benchmarking, job evaluation and grading, Pensions provision and oversight, Annual Risk Policy renewals

Responsible for ensuring HR meets all relevant Regulations/Legislation and Guidelines

Oversee all operational Risks with HR and implement an internal controls framework across HR

Essential Experience

  • Professional qualification in HR & / relevant 3rd level education
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Risk environment in Financial Services
  • A proven track record in the implementation of effective compliance and control standards
  • In-depth understanding of the governance and regulatory standards applicable to the role
  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical ability, with a demonstrated ability of communicating complex, technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Broad experience leading in challenging change implementation programmes
  • Background in financial services or experience working in similar regulated environment
  • Demonstrable understanding of organisational change and effective change management
  • Significant experience of managing Operational Budgets
