Actively influence, shape and enable the successful implementation of business-aligned, people strategies, processes and policies.
Ability to deliver strategic HR projects across multiple sites
Support Directors and Senior Managers, across all functions and departments and advise on all employment law and the people agenda
Oversee the execution of core workforce and workplace planning processes, Recruiting, Talent Management, Succession Planning Grievance and Performance Management
Support directors and functions to drive innovation, employee engagement, process improvement and commitment to achieve the business goals
Manage any TUPE and industrial relations negotiations
Full employee cycle management and the ability to establish a brown site HR function
Leadership development and capability building
Reporting and analysis
You should be an experienced HRM and manage full spectrum of HR functions and have Industrial Relations experience/ some unionized countries.
Previous experience delivering large scale change and transformation projects essential
Broad experience in core HR disciplines of Employee Relations, consultation, performance management, HR policies and Processes
Thrive on working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced, matrix environment, building a strong people network to accomplish results
Analytical and project management skills including, ability to track complex projects and facilitate meeting discussions
Entrepreneurial and highly energized
Ability to get stuck in and roll up your sleeves to get things done
