Job Requirements

Reporting to the HR Director you will support the design and delivery of organizational strategy and operating model reviews

Assess and evaluate job frameworks and grades ensuring reward accuracy and optimization

Design and implementation of best practice organizational strategy and frameworks

Map group talent gaps and create strategies for talent and succession planning

Analyse current work practices and implement continuous improvement techniques

Champion organisation best practice and drive required behavioral change

Develop and deliver workshops and leadership development initiatives

Conduct regular audits of the organisation structure and operating model reviews

Candidate Requirements

Strong credentials in organization design principles, practice and methodology

5 years + organisation design and large scale transformation programmes

Ability to deliver change and transformation workshops, excellent communication skills

Ability to drive behavioral change at all levels

Gravitas at senior level and a background in leadership development

Professional qualification in HR and CIPD expected
