Job Requirements

Full hands on role overseeing all operational aspects of HR services to the business

Drive and execute strategic processes and projects across the business

Lead change projects within the business and champion change initiatives

Employee engagement and communication across all channels

Drive a customer service orientated culture

Employment law advisor and case management as required

Performance management and employee relations

Organisation reviews and embedding best practice across all areas

Recruitment retention and succession planning

HR Policy and process reviews

Experience

Qualified HR professional, CIPD with a minimum of 6 years’ experience

Proactive business focused professional with high standards of delivery

Experienced in a fast-paced environment

Ability to be agile in a changing environment with flexible agendas

Strong multi tasker with excellent organisational skills

Ability to stay focused while under pressure

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Positive can-do attitude with collaborative style
