Sales Quality Implementation Manager

 
This is a new exciting position to provide key support in relation to the effective delivery of a New modern sales quality framework, supporting the overall risk and regulatory framework changes within a leading Life company. This role will involve working closely cross departments of the sales team, risk and regulatory management team and senior management within the wider Group to deliver key sales quality objectives and regulatory requirements.

 

The Role:

  • Leading the sales quality agenda across all distribution lines
  • Implementation of the sales quality framework as outlined in the variable remuneration scheme operating procedures
  • Develop and deliver the communication plan to distribution teams
  • Develop and deliver the sales quality training program for distribution teams
  • Prepare the sales quality MI for review at the monthly scheme management committee
  • Reporting to all key stakeholders on the scheme operation as outlined in the scheme operating procedures
  • Track and coordinate the design and implementation of remedial action plans for any identified sales quality issues
  • Further development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s sales quality framework
  • Provide leadership as part of the wider sales quality function in support of the sales quality function’s operating plan.
  • Monitoring industry and market developments in relation to advances and best practices in sales quality.
  • Interacts with industry experts and stays abreast of best practices in the field
  • This is a controlled function CF2 & CF8

 
The person:

  •  5+ years of experience in financial planning advice or other relevant life & pensions industry experience
  • Degree level with QFA and other relevant 3rd level or professional qualification
  • Strong understanding of the financial planning propositions, CPC and sales quality underpins
  • Ability to work with the fine detail and see the ‘big picture’ while effectively communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Highly-organised and self-motivated individual with ability to prioritise effectively and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and report-writing skills to all levels within the Company
  • Knowledge of financial planning sales processes and customer propositions with a proven ability to provide close support to senior management
  • Hands-on experience in building, launching and refining training programs

Working closely across the wider group senior management and reporting directly to the Head of Financial Advisory, this is an ideal opportunity for a sale professional currently in a similar positon or looking to move in to a more quality or regulatory function with in industry.
