A large financial services institution is looking for a change and transformation expert to join them as Senior Strategic Change Programme Manager reporting into Head of Strategic Change. The role of Senior Strategic Change Programme Manager is to provide the leadership and programme management necessary to ensure that the company delivers is largest transformation in history.
Brief outlines of role:
Responsibility for the institution’s strategic change programme
Support and lead the strategic operational and transformation roadmap for the institution
Deliver change across a large number of initiatives throughout the entire business
Help to drive the design, construction and maintenance of a long-term change strategy
Manage stakeholder and relationships and ensure that quality project management is consistently provided and all service level agreements set are appropriately adhered to
Oversee existing programmes and establish dynamic management and controls
Set, manage and control business cases and budgets
A third level Degree or Masters in finance, business or related areas
A project management qualification is desirable
Proven experience in a senior programme management role in a financial services environment
Effective project management and leadership with business improvement and change
Ability to develop and establish efficient and highly productive teams and processes
In depth understanding of people and operational processes
Effective communicator at all levels within a large organisation
A dynamic leader and influencer
