Paragon Launches New HR Division
An award-winning Talent Development expert with a Masters in HRM and 20+ years’ Industry experience, Niamh Kennelly now joins Paragon Executive Intelligence as Principal Consultant to lead our new Human Resources Division.
With 15+ years in Banking across Human Resources - Learning and Development, Project and Change Management, Niamh has successfully navigated the career ladder using her HR credentials became partner at one of Ireland’s leading Executive search specialists, Brightwater, before taking a Director level position with Peoplesource to build their HR division.
As a qualified and sought-after Executive Coach and Professional Learning and Development Manager, Niamh is extremely well placed to advise fellow HR professionals on the right career path. A CIPD member, Niamh’s accreditations in both QFA and Project Management (prince 2) has led to global organisation restructures and large-scale HR change and transformation programmes across RBS and Ulster Bank which places her as an insightful knowledgeable recruiting partner to clients searching for specialist HR candidates.
Niamh is a huge advocate of diversity and equality in the workplace. She has worked alongside global organisations such as Google, Grant Thornton and PWC in her role as D&I Rep for Ulster bank helping to promote equality across the organisation. Niamh has developed and implemented initiatives such as “Business Women Can” and “Everywoman Network” introducing both into Ulster bank resulting in a Chambers Ireland award for excellence in the workplace.
Niamh is also (although she won’t admit it) partial to the odd flutter on the horses and has proven herself to be a phenomenal tipster, something we are all very grateful for here in Paragon!
